Adrian has held senior positions in many international organisations, including BT Financial, Credit Suisse First Boston, Kellogg Company, Innoxa, Schwarzkopf and Castrol. Management roles have been in finance, research, product development and marketing. In 2015 Adrian founded Authention to provide strategic navigation and change management advice to organisations, and mentoring for individuals and small groups.

Adrian holds many accreditations from several Australian and USA universities, including an MBA and a Master of Buddhist Studies (UTS). He has an AICD's Foundations of Directorship Certificate, Naropa University's Authentic Leadership Certificate, Thunderbird School of Global Management's Global Leadership Certificate and Cornell University's Marketing Strategy, Change Leadership, Managing for Execution and High Performance Leadership Certificates.

Ongoing studies and interests are in Health & Social Wellbeing with a specific focus on applied mindfulness practice for the contemporary workplace.
